Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, reservations, and interactions with this website.

2. Online Store

Conclusion of the Contract: The contract is concluded upon sending the order confirmation.
Shipping: Shipping is available only within Germany
Processing Time: All art prints and products are made to order by me. Production takes place on Tuesdays, and shipping occurs on Wednesdays. Orders placed by Monday can be processed accordingly.
Delivery Time (Domestic): Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery within Germany usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Note: During periods of high order volume (e.g., before Christmas), there may be slight delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping costs are based on the individual packaging sizes and weights of the items. You can view the prices on the respective product page.
Please note that packaging (see the section on packaging below) is charged separately, and the price is also based on the size of the item.
I ship with Hermes by default.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Protecting the artwork is my top priority. Art prints are shipped in protective packaging that I developed myself to ensure they arrive at your doorstep undamaged. They are wrapped in protective film and secured on the outside with MDF panels.
Shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the item and depend on the size of the item. You can find the respective prices listed with each item.
If a product arrives damaged despite careful packaging, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product immediately after unpacking it and contact me within 48 hours at info@domeone.de. We’re sure to find a solution!
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email).
