If you agree to the costs, you can commission a concept portfolio. The cost of the concept portfolio is listed in the price list. This includes travel to inspect the property (within a 50-km radius of Karlsruhe), an architectural drawing of the facade/property, a written description of the visual concept, a compositional sketch, the quote (costs for the drawing and implementation), and my Terms and Conditions.Trips more than 50 km from the Karlsruhe location will increase the cost of the concept portfolio.Next step:     If you agree with the concept proposal, you commission...The Drawing:To develop the specific artwork, a detailed digital drawing is created in advance. This drawing is 95% identical to the final artwork. This means that, before commissioning the artwork, the client can see from the digital drawing what the artwork will look like once it is completed. The spatial representation of the digital drawing is visualized on a 3D model of the facade or building.The price of the drawing is calculated based on its complexity. Typically, this amounts to 1–6 daily rates or more. Materials such as primer, paints, and masking materials are included in the cost.If the facade is very dirty, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. As a street artist, I develop ideas around a specific theme. This theme may arise from my own observations as I take in the atmosphere of the location, the building or the premises. The client may specify the thematic framework, within which I then develop my ideas.I am free to decide on the exact composition of the figures/objects.
